Peter S DOZIER; Guardian of S TAYLOR minor heirs

State of TN; Gibson CO

Know all men by those present that Peter S DOZIER, David B DICKSON, and

Samuel  M S------ are held and firmly bound unto the State of TN in the

sum of two hundred dollars in trust for the use and benefits of the

minors here in after named for the payment of which will and truly to be

made we bind ourselves, our heirs and administration jointly and

severally, firmly by the presence, sealed with our seals and dated this

1st day of October AD 1849.

The condition of the above obligation such that whereas the above bound

Peter S DOZIER in this day re approval Guardian of Edmund F TAYLOR,

Alexander H TAYLOR and Amanda H TAYLOR minor heirs of Spencer TAYLOR.

Now if the said Peter S DOZIER shall .. . and  truly secure improve and

account for all the estate that shall come into his possession for the

benefit of said minors until they shall arrive at full age and shall

also make his annual settlement of the reception?, profits and

disbursements of the same as required by law and in all other things

faithfully discharge the duties of his guardianship and renew his

guardian bond in two years from the date of these present then this

obligation to be void and of no office, otherwise to remain in full

force and ...
