Thursday, August 21, 1947 Mrs. Willie Rose Pipkins Services for Mrs. Willie Rose Pipkins, who died at her home near Friendship, Friday morning were held at the Maury City Baptist Church, Sunday at 3:00 p.m. Burial in Maury City Cemetery with Ronk Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Pipkins was 57. She was born in Crockett County and was a member of the Baptist Church. She leaves her husband, Mr. E. M. Pipkins, mother, Mrs. John Poole, five children, George Acor, Jack Acor, Neville Acor, Frances Cathison and Douglas Acor; four brothers, Dave Poole, Joe Poole, March Poole and Chester Poole; two sisters, Mrs. Lawson Pearl and Mrs. Lorene Peal. Willie Rose Pool was the daughter of John Wesley Pool & Ardelia Robertson. She married 1st 20 Feb 1907 to John M. Acor, and 2nd to Earnest Maize Pipkin. |
