Will of Margaret Kilzer

 

 

  I Margaret Kilzer do hereby make and declare this as my last will to my personal property which I

may own at my death and hereby making any and all other wills I have heretofore made so far as they conflict with this

will (or codicil).

 

 

1st---I will and bequeath to James King one bed and bedstead and all necessary bed clothing, provided that he continue

  to live with me till I die.

 

2nd---I will and bequeath to Martha Richardson all of the balance of my personal property of every description. Given under

  my hand this Aug 3, 1907.
