In the name of God Amen: I, VIRGINIA L. SMITH wife of J. W. SMITH being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me made. I will and desire that all my just debts be paid I will and desire that J. W. SMITH, my husband have in fee simple the house and lot on which we now reside and any other real estate that I may be the owner of at the time of my death: To have and to hold and dispose of it as he may desire; and I do hereby nominate - and appoint my husband, J. W. SMITH my sole Executor -witness my hand and seal this the 5 Nov. 1873
