ELI WARREN'S Will Probated August Term 1874 See Minute Book A page 459 I ELI WARREN make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made... Mentions: Only child: JOSEPH M. WARREN, given all of estate Will contains a description of tracts of land, one of which contained 200 acres in the 11th Civil District of Crockett County, and was granted to ELI WARREN by the State of Tennessee, dated December 17, 1833. This land was bounded by JOSEPH RAY, J. B. EVANS , and MARTHA MONTGOMERY. Bought land from SAMUEL J. ROGERS Right of Dower given to wife, who is unnamed.
