ELLIN M. DODSON's Will Probated November Term 1874 See Minute Book Page 535 I ELLIN M. DODSON of the County of Crockett State of Tennessee make this my last will To wit I give and devise and bequeath to beloved Mother NANCY E. (OR C.) DODSON the sum of Five hundred dollars to be paid out of my Estate. I also give devise and bequeath all the remainder of my property and Estate both personal and real to my nieces IDA M. CHANEY, EMMA E. CHANEY, WILLIE E. CHANEY and Constitute and appoint E. J. CHANEY Trustee for the said IDA M., EMMA E., and WILLIE E. CHANEY without security I do appoint E. J. CHANEY of state and County aforesaid the Executor of this my last will. Signed at the residence of E. J. CHANEY the twelfth day of July one thousand Eight hundred & seventy four Anno domini ELLIN M.
