Mrs. Alice Wright was born Sept. 1, 1868, age 69 years, 2 months and 2 days, slipped away to her heavenly home Nov. 3, there to rest forever from toil, free from all pain and where trouble is unknown.

She united with the Methodist Church at Lebanon at the age of 15 and lived a true Christian life until death.

She was married to R. F. Wright in 1888 and reared a family of 6 boys and 5 girls, 2 boys and 2 girls have preceded her in death.

Her children know what it means to have a kind attentive mother, not once in life did she neglect her husband and children for her own social pleasure. She was a lover of home and was rarely away.

Funeral services were held at Arches' Chapel Church, Wednesday Nov. 3, by the Rev. S. B. Morrison of Gates in the presence of a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements were in charge of Evans-Lasiter and Agee.
