For and in consideration of the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars in
hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
S. H. Williams I, C. W. Rooks, Mayor, by virtue of the power vested in me have
North Half this day bargained and sold, and do by these presents sell and
convey to S. H. Williams, his heirs and assigns forever the north
half of Lot No. 255 in Rose Hill Cemetery, to have and
hold same for burial purposes.
