Know all men by this presence that we George W. & Ann Coleburn of Madison in

consideration of the sum of Twelve hundred & Fifty Dollars to us in hand paid by

Benjiman Boon of the above state and county the receipt and payment where of is

hereby acknowledge have bargained and sold and quit claim and by these presence do

bargain sell and quit claim to Daniel West his heirs and assigns forever all and each

of our right title interest estate claim and remand for in law & equity as well as

possession as in expecting of in to all that certain farm or piece of land situated

in the State of Tennessee Gibson County District 1 and bounded as follows beginning

at a stake with post oak pointers William Shanes North West corner thence East with

said Shanes line fifty-six poles to a stake and pointers thence North eight and four

tenth pole to a stake and red oak pointers thence East 11 poles to a stake thence

South 7 poles to a stake with white oak & black oak pointers thence East 33 poles to

a stake post oak pointers thence North 126 poles with Johnson West line to Foster's

South East corner thence West 69 poles to his SW corner thence North 116 poles to his

NW corner thence West 31 poles to a stake and pointers thence to the beginning 21 &

!/2 poles containing by estimation 100 7/8 acres with all and singular the

hireditaments(writing of this word is unclear) and appertainences thereunto belonging

in witness there of we have hereunto sit our hand and sell the day & state above.
