On motion it is ordered by the court that Baney (?) Edwards, Allen Finley and B. F. Prichard be appointed commissioners to lay off and settapart to the family to the widow and family of John L. James deceased a yearly allotment of provisions and they being duly sworn report their proceedings to the next term of the court.
