E. ELLINGTON on motion was this day appointed Guardian of SAMUEL CURTIS Minor orphan SAMUEL CURTIS deceased whereupon the said E. ELLINGTON came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars with E. T. AUSTIN and R. G. CATES as his securities who severally acknowledged said bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and the said E. ELLINGTON was duly qualified as the law directs
