Alamo Tennessee, Tuesday Jan 6th 1885 B. F. CASEY Admr. of EVERETT CASEY On motion B. F. CASEY was this day appointed Administrator of EVERETT CASEY decd estate.
Thereupon the said B. F. CASEY came into open Court and entered into bond in the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars with T. B. CASEY and P. P. BENNETT as his securities who severally acknowledged said bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered recorded and the same B. F. CASEY was duly qualified as the law directs. It was further ordered that letters of Administration issue to the said B. F. CASEY.
