Guardian of

CHARLES FRANKLIN CARRUTHERS
On motin it was ordered by the Court that MRS. M. J. CARRUTHERS be and is hereby appointed Guardian CHARLES FRANKLIN CARRUTHERS thereupon the said M. J. CARRUTHERS came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Five hundred dollars with GEORGE HAWKINS and A. WARREN as her securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and said M. J. CARRUTHERS was duly Qualified as the Law directs.
