Guardian of

EMMA C. and

FANNIE BUCK

On motion A. BUCK was this appointed Guardian of EMMA C. & FANNIE BUCK whereupon the said A. BUCK came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Two thousand dollars with W. W. NANCE and R. W. FLEMING as his securities who sevarally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and the said A. BUCK was then duly qualified as Guardian and as the law directs
