School Records

School material is the smallest section here and the most incidental, which is part of its value. A commencement program or a diploma names a group of young people in one place in one year. Its only purpose was to record them.

The items come from Crockett and Dyer counties in Tennessee and from Childress County, Texas. Nine items is the whole of it, so this section is browsed rather than searched. Class lists are useful for confirming an age or a middle name. They can also place a family in a community during a year when nothing else does.
