Sampler Mystery

This is a sampler that was in my grandmother's stuff.  It appears she intended to send it to a Nettie Kimbell.  I am lost as to who that is.  I believe that  Ann E. Kimbell was a sister to Mary Blanton Kimbell, wife of Thomas Jones of Memphis, Katie Taylor's grandmother.

Hope someone out there can add some information and help solve our mystery.
