Probably New Year's Eve 1945 Don't know where in Memphis this is nor who most of the people are, but my parents are the young startled looking man (DeWitt Spain) in uniform and the woman (Joan Kessler Spain) in the off the shoulder dress.  Fred Hook, in uniform to the right of my mom and his wife Jewel, in the front right with her elbow pointing at the camera, were good friends of my parents.

Unknown place and time.2nd on left, Dewitt Spain and 1st on right, Joan Kessler Spainon the front left is Pattie Sue McKlellan and 3rd on the right is Sue DeGraffenreid McLallen.
