Thomas decd, having this day suggested to me the insolvency of said deceased's estate, it is therefore ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks in the Trenton Herald a paper published in the city of Trenton notifying all person holding claims against said Estate to file them with the said Clerk of County Court, properly authenticated as required by law, on or before the 15th of January, 1880 or they will be barred.
