Founded 1876
Starting in Milan, TN on Hwy. 45, go toward Medina- travel 3.5 miles. Turn left at Greenway Nursery and Greenhouse (literally go through the nursery grounds). There is a gravel lane that dead-ends at Lessenberry Chapel Church.
The cemetery lies to the left of the church in a grove of hugh hickory and oak trees.
