Richardson To Deed Henry A. King To all people to whom these presents shall come greeting. Know yea that I James H. Richardson of the County of Gibson and State of Tennessee for the consideration of Eighty dollars and Eighty Eight cents received to my full satisfaction of Henry A. King of the county and State aforesaid do hereby grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said Henry A. King his heirs and assigns all right title and claim to a certain lot or parcel of ground containing five Acres 63/160 poles and Beginning at a Stake in the middle of Bonners Creek on Said Richardson's South Boundary line thence East 50 poles to a Stake and pointers his South East corner Thence north with the range line 26 ½ poles to the middle of said creek thence up said creek with its meanders to the Beginning to have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances thereof unto the said Henry A. King his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use and behoove forever I do for myself my heirs and Executors and administrators covenant with the said Henry A. King his heirs and assigns that at and until the sealing of these presents I am well seized of the premises as a good and indefeasible estate in fee simple and have a good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form aforesaid and that the same is free from all encumbrances whatever. And further I do by these presents bind myself and my heirs to warrant and forever defend the above granted and bargained premises unto the said H.A. King his heirs and assigns against all claims and demands whatsoever. I witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 8th of October 1856. J. H. Richardson
