J. M. Burgess VS Myrtle Burgess
 
This cause came out to be heard before the Hon W. W. Bond Judge of the Circuit Court on this the 12th day of Aug 1932 on motion of plaintiff to the Court that publication has been made in the Trenton Weekly Gazette as the law directs notifying the said defendant to appear and make defense to the bill of the plaintiff and that she has filed to appear and make defense.  It is therefore ordered by the Court that the case be set for hearing exparte  as to said defendant.
 
 
The cause then came out to be heard upon the bill order pro-confesso and the proof In the cause from all of which it appears to the Court that the plaintiff and the defendant were married in the state of Georgia on the 25th day of July 1927 and that more two years before plaintiff filed his bill in this cause.  It is therefore decreed by the Court that the bonds of matrimony heretofore subsisting between plaintiff and defendant be dissolved and that the plaintiff be restored to all the rights of an unmarried man.
 
It is further decreed by the Court that the plaintiff and his bonds wain W.W. Powers pay all the cost of the cause for which let execution issue.
