Wilson 30 1/2 acres This indenture made and entered into this 22 of June in the
year of our Lord One Thousand and Fifty-Two, between Thomas Flowers, Catharine
Flowers, and Charity Graddy the wife of Quincey Grady dec’d of the county of
Gibson and state of Tennessee of the first part and B.F. Wilson of the county
and state aforesaid of the second part--witnessth that the said party of the
first part for an in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty-five
dollars lawful money of the United States in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof hereby acknowledged have granted bargained,
sold, conveyed and confirmed by these do grant - bargain sell convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all and
singular one following described tract of or parcel of land it being a part of a
tract of land granted to Robb Holmes for Twelve Hundred acres lying and being on
the waters of the Rutherford fork of Obion River Gibson County State of
Tennessee bounded as follows, beginning at a stake old original line North East
- corner of said Pipkins land running west seventy poles to a stake thence North
seventy poles to the place of the beginning containing 30 & half acres more
or less and all the estate right and title of the said of the first part of in
and to the said premises with all and singular privileges and pertinence to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the same premises
and appertinanes to the only proper use and benefit of the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever and said Thos Flowers, Catharine
Flowers, and Charity Grady their heirs executors Administrators do covenant to
and with said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that the said party
of the first part is the true and lawful owners of the premises hereby granted
has agreed right full power and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid and further that we the said Thos Flowers, Catharine
Flowers and Charity Grady our heirs, executors and Administrators covenant and
forever defend the aforesaid premises and every part and paid thereof unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against all persons claiming
or to claim by or under form, or any other person or persons ______ may claim in
testimony whereof . We Thos Flowers, Catharine Flowers and Charity Grady
