Elijah Kilzer was our maternal great-great grandfather.

or interest to another without providing a guarantee or warranty of title.)

To: Quit Claim ] For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me cash in hand
paid ] The receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I Austin Bailey of the County E.
Kilzer ] of Gibson and state of Tennessee do hereby bargain sell transfer and Quit
Claim to E. Kilzer his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest I
have in and to the following described tract of land situated in the fourth Civil
District of Gibson County Tenn and bounded as follows: North by the middle fork of
Forked Deer River, South by Mosely Moore, East by Kaufman & Bennett and West by A.
Bailey containing 37 acres more or less, to have and to hold my undivided interest in
the above described tract of land to the said E. Kilzer his heirs and assigns
forever. I covenant with the said E. Kilzer that I am lawfully seized of said
undivided interest in said land that I have a good right to convey it and that the
same is uncumbered.

This Aug 25th 1886 A. Bailey State of Tennessee ] Personally appeared before me J. D.
Carne, Clerk of County Court of said Gibson County ] County the within named A.
Bailey the bargainer with whom I personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he
executed the within instrument for the purpose therein contained.
