Know all men by these presents that I J. J. ZIMMERMAN of the county and State aforesaid Being at this time in my right mind having full control of my Senses in every respect do in the presence of the undersigned witnesses make this my will to wit; that my entire effects both personal and real of any and every description whatever is the property of J. G. DUNNEVANT at my decease or death except the amount of such property and effects to pay all my liabilities which sufficient sum the said DUNNEVANT is to pay prior to his appropriating any part of the same to his own use or benefit the remainder of such effects as stated in the body of this will the Said J.
