I, WILLIAM N. SHELTON of Dyer County, Tennessee, being Thank God in
good health , of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament.

I do hereby Will and bequeath to my beloved Mother. ELIZABETH MOORE PATE,
all of that tract of land in Civil District No.2 of Dyer County on which she now lives.
The same land that I inherited from my father, NELSON SHELTON, together with all
my earthly possessions of any and every description whatever.

To have and to hold the same to her and her bodily heirs forever.
