In the Nane of God Amen -

I, ELIAZOR WOODS of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, that is to say; First - After my just debts are paid out of the notes and accounts on hand, the balance, if any, of said notes are to be equally divided between my children, viz: W. T. WOODS, JOHN QUINCY WOODS, MARTHA A. DOAK, SARAH J. GREER and SUSAN A. TROUT

Second - I will to my wife LUCINDA and my son JOHN QUINCY all my land on the north side of the road, leading from Yorkville to Dyersburg being my homestead - also all the land between said road and the fifty seven acres, deeded by me to my daughter SUSAN A. TROUT said land and for the maintenance of my said wife and son and at her death or marriage said lands shall become the absolute property of my said son JOHN QUINCY - and in case of the death of my said son without bodily heirs, said lands are to be equally divided between my children I will all my household and Kitchen furniture to my wife and son JOHN QUINCY also all of the perishable property.

I hereby make constitute and appoint WILLIAM KILLOUGH the Executor of this my last will and testament revoking all former ones by me made -
