In the Name of God Amen I MARY E. WILKINS of the county of Dyer and State of Tennessee being sound in mind & memory but in a feeble State of health do make and ordain this my last will and testament following to wit 1st I recommend my Soul to God who gave it and my body to the earth to be intered in a christian like manner 2nd I wish all of my just ____ to be paid off and discharged 3rd I give and bequeath unto my Daughter JOSEPHINE WILKINS one feather bed and covering I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter ANGELINE WILKINS a feather Bed and covering. 4th I wish the remainder of my personal effects to be sold and all of the money I have on hand to be equally divided between my four youngest children namely JOSEPHINE WILKINS WM. P. WILKINS EMERSON ECHRIDGE WILKINS and LUCY B. WILKINS I do nominate and appoint JOSEPH CHITWOOD Executor of this my last will and testament as witness my whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 12th day of February 1869
