Last Will & Testament
Proven and Set up
At December Term 1858

State of Tennessee Dyer County Court
Sept. 3rd 1858
I CHARLOTTE WILKINS do this day make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me ever made.
First, I will and decree that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid out of any money I may have at my death or that may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly: I will and bequeath to my son NEWTON N. WILKINS One hundred dollars, One cherry Bed stead with Bed and furniture and eight curley maple chairs and one folding table. Thirdly: I will and bequeath to my son JOHN N. WILKINS one clock and one square table and ten head of hogs. Fourthly, I leave the balance of my property to be sold; and after setting apart one hundred dollars for N. B. WILKINSON and paying my debts, I leave the remainder to be equeally divided between all my children. In testimony where of, I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal this the day and date above written.
