Set up August Term 1861

State of Tennessee Dyer County
July 18th 1861

I do by this my last will & testament give & bequeath to my wife ANNA WELLSBERGER, after that all of my just & lawful debts, shall have been paid, all the effects personal and real estate, that may belong to me.

In testimony where of I hereunto Subscribe my name.
