FANNIE P. WEBB'S Last Will and Testament Proven at July & Oct. Term County Court /81 Recorded Dec. 9th, /81 ZACH WATKINS
Dyer County Term, June 2nd 1881 The (112 1/2) one hundred and twelve acres and a half, on which I now live, The (262 1/2) two hundred and sixty two and a half acres south of C. I. LOVES home tract and East of Wm. PATES home and the (300) three hundred acres in Lake County a part of C. I. LOVE 5000 acre tract the same lands allotted to me by the commissioners out of C. I. LOVE dec'd estate and all other lands and property whatever that I may now have or receive as heir of ELIZABETH D. LOVE or any other property whatever W. J. to use the money or property so attained for the education and support of my children JULIA ELIZABETH WEBB, SUE GREEN WEBB. FANNIE LOVE WEBB, Wm. BURTON WEBB, ROBT. WILSON WEBB, and JOHN McKANNY WEBB, and ballance left to be equally divided among balance, surviving children. It is my wish that my husband W. J. WEBB as trustee for my children should keep at least one fourth proceeds of the above real estate - say ($1,000) One thousand dollars invested in a home for my children FANNIE P. WEBB (seal)
