I, P. M. WATKINS being of sound mind and disposing memory and being in feeble health and knowing the uncertainty of human life, do make, constitute and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others by me at any time heretofore made.

First I will that all of my just debts be paid, including all sums I may owe for medicine and medical attention.

Second: I will and bequeath to ANN E. MOSS wife of CHAS. C. MOSS, ZACH WATKINS, B. B. WATKINS & the children of W. M. WATKINS, to wit: WILLIE FRANCES, LORENZO & LUCINDA WATKINS the following tract of land of about 234 1/2 acres, lying in the 12th Civil District of Dyer County Tenn. (it being all the property I now own) bounded and described as follows to wit; Beginning at the N. E. corner of the 400 acre tract running thence south 89 poles to a sweet gum 18 inches in diameter, from which a white oak 18 inches in diameter, bear north, distance 43 links, and an oak 2 feet in diameter, bear south 76 degrees East distance 45 links; thence west 190 poles to a sweet gum 2 feet in diameter from which a hickory, 4 inches in diameter bear south 64 degrees east; thence south about 118 1/2 poles to the middle of the channel of the south fork of Forked deer River; thence down the same with the meander, about 420 poles to the N. W. corner of said 400 acre tract; thence east 220 poles to the beginning, containing 314 1/2 acres more or less, including & excluding the eighty acre tract sold off by R. ELKIN, LUCY M. ELKIN & M. A. MORRISON to me see Book "R" page 115 of the registers office of Dyer County Tenn.

That is to say; I desire that said ANN E. MOSS shall have one fourth of said land, ZACH WATKINS one fourth, B. B. WATKINS one fourth & the said children of W. M. WATKINS one fourth or the proceeds of one fourth of the said land.

Third; I hereby appoint and nominate the said ZACH WATKINS executor of this my last will and testament and hereby authorize and empower him to sell said land, without the aid or intervention of any court, on such terms & conditions, as he may think best, for the interest of all parties and to execute deed or deeds purchaser - and I direct when the money is paid that said executor pay one fourth to said ANN E. MOSS one fourth to ZACH WATKINS, one fourth to B. B. WATKINS as above mentioned, & the remaining one fourth be in by said Executor or Trustee, as he may think best, for the use and benefit of said children of W. M. WATKINS; and he may use the interest & principal in their education without giving any bond as Trustee; or said Executor is authorized to pay said one fourth to W. M. WATKINS in trust, without requiring bond of him, and said W. M. WATKINS shall have power to use said money for the benefit & education of said children, said Executor is not required to execute bond for the performance of his duties under this will.
