I, REBECA WALKER do make and publish this my last will and testament, First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of my personal property that I die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly I give and bequeath to A. H. WALKER one half of all the land that I am possessed with, and all of my personal property after paying the above named expenses. Thirdly I give to G. W. WALKER one half of my land said land shall be divided equally running North and South. Fourthly, the above gift is to be on the condition that A. H. and G. W. WALKER pay to J. H. WALKER the sum of seventy five dollars each. Fifthly I do hereby nominate and appoint A. H. WALKER my executor. In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the ninth day of Dec. eighteen hundred and eighty four.
