Last Will and Testament of W. K. WADDIE deceased Set up and established at the February Term A. D. 1872, Will M. Watkins Clerk By Zach Watkins D. C. State of Tennessee Dyer County I WILLIAM K, WADDIE being in feeble health but sound of mind hereby make this as my last will and testament, revoking at the same time all former wills hereto fore at any time made by me. Item 1st First my Executor first pay all my debts and burial expenses out of any money coming to his hands - Item 2nd My children by my first wife having all had the portion of my estate I intended for them, I give them nothing more except to confirm them in the gifts and allotments heretofore made them. Item 3rd My will and desire is that my beloved wife ANN have entire control and possession of my two children- the children of my second wife - That she take their mothers place in every particular, have the same charge and control of them in possession, morals and education that their natural mother would have if living - and I give to my beloved wife ANN and to my little son JOHN WILLIAM about Ten years old last September and to my little son JOSEPH KIMBO WADDIE, about four years old the present January all my property whether real personal or mixed to be divided between them as though my beloved wife was their natural mother, to be divided as the law divides it between them - this includes my Life Policy and all the estate, possessions or property of every kind and description it may be of which I am possessed - I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife ANN my Executrix to this my last will and Testament and make her Testamentary Guardian for my children JOHN W. and JOSEPH K. WADDIE - January 5th 1872 W. K. WADDIE
