I, A. M. STEVENS being of sound mind do make and publish this my last will and Testament:

I hereby will devise and bequeath all my property and effects of every kind as follows, to wit -

First: I will and devise that all my just debts be paid. Second: The remainder of my estate, whether, real, personal or mixed left after the payment of my said debts, I will devise and bequeath as follows, to wit to my Daughter, GEORGIANNA BRACKIN, wife of J. M. BRACKIN one fourth thereof to have and to hold the same to her sole & separate use, benefit use and behalf free from the debts, liabilities claim and control of her said husband, J. M. BRACKIN or any future husband of hers. To my daughter, FANNIE SCOTT, wife of GEORGE E. SCOTT, one fourth thereof to have, to own and to hold the same to her sole and separate use benefit and behalf, free from the debts liabilities claim & control of her said husband GEO. E. SCOTT or any future husband of hers. To my daughter, MYRA SUMMERS wife of DR. FRANK SUMMERS one fourth thereof to have and to own and to hold the same to her sole and separate use benefit and behoof free from the debts liabilities claim and control of her said husband DR. FRANK SUMMER or any further husband of hers to my daughter MARY KING wife of ED. M. KING one fourth thereof to have and to own and to hold the same in her sole and separate use and benefit and behoof free from the debts liabilities claim and control of her said husband ED. M. KING or any future husband of her.

I, further will that my real estate shall be divided by a committee of five men, who shall be elected and chosen, as follows to wit; Each of my said daughters shall select a man, and the four men so selected shall chose the fifth man, not one or the five men so selected is to be of kin to either of my said daughter or their said husbands, and the said five men when selected shall divide my lands equally between my four daughters as above stated:

It is further my will that in the event any personal Estate is left after the payment of my said debts and my said daughters do not agree among themselves as to a division of it by the time said five commissioners are selected to divide my said real estate then that the said five men chosen to divide said real estate shall decide also said personalty equalty between my four daughters as above stated:

And it is further my will that no debt that I have against any daughter of mine up to this date, whether the same is charged upon my books or not shall be collected of her or charged against her as an advancement, nor shall any gift heretofore made by me to any of my said daughters be charge as an advancement unless it is so stated in a conveyance by which the gift was made. It is also my will that no son in law of mine be charged with or be made to account for any board while living at my house. It is further my will that my said four sons in law to wit GEO. E. SCOTT J. M. BRACKIN, ED. M. KING and FRANK SUMMERS be appointed and act as the executor of this my last will and testament and that they be not required to give bond as such executors they being relieved by me from giving bond.

It is further my will that in the event for any cause any one of my said daughter refuse to select one of the five men to act as commissioner to divide said real and personal property as required by this will then the Executor who is the husband of one refusing shall select one of said committee.
