I, TABITHA CAROLINE SMITH of the County of Dyer State of Tennessee being sound of mind but am feebled by age recognizing extreme certainty of death do make and set up this as my last will and testament and hereby revoking and annulling all wills that I may have made previous to this.

First: I will and bequeath to my sister ELIZABETH W. SMITH my entire estate both real and personal (which we are now holding in common) should she survive me, at her death, or at my own if I should be survivor I wish it distributed in the following manner - First the sum of Twelve hundred and fifty dollars with interest from the date - be paid to my Nephew DANIEL E. PARKER and the balance of my estate be equally divided between my Brother JAMES M. SMITH of Martenville Virginia and the heirs of my sister MARTHA PARKER deceased MARY A. HARRIS and DANIEL E. PARKER and that one sixth part of MARY A. HARRIS and portion be paid direct to her eldest son J. K. POLK HARRIS - and I do nominate and appoint DANIEL E. PARKER to execute this my last will and testament and no bond or security shall be required of him.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my name and seal - This February the eighth eighteen and seventy three
