I, MARY A. ROBERTS of Dyersburg Tennessee, being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I give and bequeath to my son FRANK D. ROBERTS an acre lot on my orchard, fronting the street and running back length wise the orchard, including the vacant lot between my home place and the lot - conveyed by me to J. F. ROBERTS.

I give and bequeath to my son ROBT. S. ROBERTS the balance of my home place consisting of fourteen acres more or less.

I hereby nominate and appoint my son W.D. ROBERTS Executor of this my will and having confidence in his integrity I hereby waive the necessity of his giving bond -
