The Last Will and Testament of Miss NANNIE O. PATE Probated April Term 1888 Recorded April 4th 1888 WILL L. WILKERSON Clerk I, NANNIE O. PATE, of Dyer County Tennessee, recognizing the uncertainty of life, and the certainty of Death and being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made; Item 1st; I will and bequeath all money and cash I may have left at the time of my death, after my burial expenses are paid to MRS. NANCY PATE wife of JNO. C. PATE and to MRS. SALLIE PATE wife of G. W. PATE to equally divided between them the said SALLIE PATE and NANCY PATE. Item 2nd; I nominate and appoint my friend ALLEN RAWLES the Executor to carry out this my last will and testament Given under my hand on this 18th day of Nov. 1887 NANNIE O. PATE Witnesses:
