I, ANDREW S. PARKS, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me, at any time heretofore made.

Item 1st I desire and direct that all my just debts and my personal expenses be paid by my Executor out of the first money coming to his hands.

Item 2nd In addition to all the items of property except from execution, I give to my beloved wife, MARTHA E. PARKS all the household and kitchen furniture, plows, gear, farming utensils, and one Buggy which I now have on hand, including the harness, one additional mule or horse as she may prefer, all the cattle of which I am possessed, all the money she may have in her possession at my death as well as any notes and accounts that she may have in her possession at my death belonging to me, as well as my library books & pictures of which I may die possessed - I also give to my beloved wife, MARTHA E. PARKS and her heir my home tract of land in the 9th civil district of Dyer County Bounded as follows; Begin at the Northwest corner of my JAS. M. ATKINS purchase in south line of H. PARKS old tract; run thence east to POLLUS HOLLAND line; then north to his N. W. corner; thence east so far, that by running north; will include the west wing of fence of my southern grass lot, and continue north at the same degree to the north line of my tract of land; thence west with its north line to the beginning, and contains about one hundred and fifty-five acres.

Item 3rd: I hereby appoint my father, HAMILTON PARKS, my Executor of this my last will and testament, and direct that the court will not require any bond of him as such Executor; and in the event of the death of HAMILTON PARKS or his inability to discharge the duties imposed by this will, then I appoint my uncle, SMITH PARKS my executor, of this will with all the power and privileges given to H. PARKS & on the same terms and I further direct that my Executor have the same power to sell and dispose of my personal property not herein disposed of that I would have myself were I living - may sell it for cash or on a credit, publicly or privately or dispose of it as his judgement may approve of fully or as I could were I living June 19/79
