ADALINE PARKS Last Will & Testament Probated November Term 1880 Recorded Apl. 11/81 Z. WATKINS Clk. I, ADALINE PARKS being of sound mind and memory but in very feeble health do make and publish this as my last will and testament. Item 1st I give to my beloved Husband SMITH PARKS, all my interest in the property & estate of my deceased father, W. H. H. MILLER deceased of every kind & description it may be whether the same has been reduced to possession at or in the hands of the administrators or any other person and this includes the town lot or parcel of land in Yorkville Gibson county Tennessee known as my fathers residence & store which was assigned to me by the Circuit Court of Gibson County in division of the real Estate of my father Wm. N. H. MILLER among his heirs and in bounded on the north by the lands of WILLIAM ZARACOR East by Dr. LULLS & Dr. I. T. BURNS, land or lots south by the main street and west by ROBT. COLINES HEOTELL, lot. Item 2nd - I hereby appoint my beloved husband SMITH PARKS, my executor to this my last will & testament October 2nd 1875 not signed until the 25th of January 1876 ADALINE PARKS
