I WILLIAM PARKER of the County of Dyer & State of Tennessee being of sound body and mind desire this to be my last will and testament. First: After paying all my just debts I desire my estate divided among my nieces & nephews as the Law directs; to wit; MARY ANN HARRIS and DANIEL E. PARKER, STEPHEN WOOD, MARY FOWLKES, and PHEBY MAHAN, ISAACH PARKER, MARY ANN WALKER, FRANCIS PARKER, MARTHA PARKER, JAMES DICKEY, DANIEL DICKEY, ISAACH DICKEY, WILLIS DICKEY, MARTHA DICKEY, MAY TERRY and PHEBY McGEELY. To SAMUEL WALKER I give one dollar; to the heirs of JOHN DICKEY dec'd. I give a note of twenty dollars I hold aginst THOMAS DICKEY, to the heirs of JOHN PARKER dec'd of Missourie I give one dollar.
I nominate and appoint DR. A. HARRIS my Executor to wind up and settle my estate as I have directed. In testimony whereof I have here unto affixed my hand and seal, this the 3rd day of January 1859.
