State of Tennessee Dyer County In the Name of God Amen I SUSAN DELANEY CELESTIAL MORRIS Wife of A. J. MORRIS and daughter of NATHAN KING dec'd being feeble in health but of sound mind do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament.

Item 1st I give and devise unto my Husband A. J. MORRIS for and during his natural life all the land and real estate that I now own or may be entitled to as the only living child of my deceased father NATHAN KING for him my said Husband to have and to hold and use all said land as he pleases during the whole of his natural life and this includes my reversion or remainder interest in the lands of my father which may be allotted to his widow SALUDA KING (my step mother) as her home stead and Dower interest in same.

Item 2nd After the death of my husband A. J. MORRIS I will and devise and direct that all my said real estate be divided equally in value between my two children MARY JEWEL MORRIS and JOHN NATHAN MORRIS share and share alike.

Item 3rd I give devise and bequeath unto my said husband A. J. MORRIS all my personal property of evry kind caracter and discription that I may own or be entitled to from the estate of my late father NATHAN KING for him my said husband to have own use and controll as he deems best and sees fit for himself and for the benefit of our two children MARY JEWEL MORRIS and JOHN NATHAN MORRIS and I devise him to have both said children well educated while I have full confidence that he will do and at his death I wish him to do a good part by them in giving them personal property if he at that time owns sufficient personal property to do so - but I will and direct that my husband have all my said personal property of evry kind caracter and discription that I may own or be entitled to from the estate of my said father NATHAN KING to have own use and control as he deems best without him being required to give any bond or make any settlement about same leaving it to him as the father of my children without any bond to have them well educated and to do a good part by and for them at his death.

In witness hereof I do hereunto subscribe my name at my residence in Dyer County Tennessee on this the 4th day of February 1885 in the presence of H. PARKS JR. JOSEPH T. SMITH, MRS. TOMMIE E. SMITH and W. W. SMITH whom I request to bear witness to the same.

I SUSAN D. C. MORRIS being of sound mind and disposing memory and being desirous of making changes (as to the real estate) in the will executed by me heretofore on the 14th day of February 1885 do make and publish this Codicil to said will and hereby revoke any provision in the said will pertaining to my lands and real estate which may conflict with the provisions of this Codicil in any way.

I will direct and bequeath to my beloved husband A. J. MORRIS, if he shall survive me, all my right title and interest in and to all the lands decended to me from the estate of my father NATHAN KING dec'd to be his in fee simple absolute to sell or dispose of at his pleasure and it is not intended that this Codicil shall effect the disposition of any of my personal effects as made in the foregoing will In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on this April 12, 1885 in the presence of J. B. TURNLEY & J. W. TURNEY
