Last Will and testament of JOHN MILLS dec'd Proven and established February term 1867 Dyersburg Tenn. I, JOHN MILLS of Dyer County being of sound mind but weak in body health do make this my last will and testament. First, I desire my just debts paid out of my means on hand and coming and if any balance be due then the remainder out of any of my personal property my family can best spare. Secondly: I desire my daughter ELIZA JANE and the younger children live on my land and keep the rest of my property on the place and till the land to raise and support them during her life, but if she marries and leaves then my oldest son will take of my means & children & support them. Thirdly - When my youngest daughter marries or attains the age of twenty one years I desire my land sold by my Executors and the proceeds equally divided between all my children. I hereby appoint my friend JOHN W. WRIGHT my Executor of this will. JOHN J. MILLS
