The last will and Testament of THOS. MILLER,

First, I will to JOHN NUNN seventy five acres in the South East corner of my tract of land bonded as follows: Beginning at the South East corner of my tract and south west corner of J. B. YORKS DUNLAP tract, North eighty eight poles to a stake, thence west one hundred and forty eight poles to a stake thence South eighty eight poles to a stake in the south boundary line of my land thence east one hundred and forty eight poles to the beginning I also will that JOHN NUNN have the horse which I have given him and one bed and bed clothes.

Second, I bequeath to BUCK NUNN seventy five acres in the North west corner of my tract bounded as follows, Beginning at the N. W. corner of my tract and South west corner of T. J. MILLER tract thence south to JOHN A. SHELTONS South East corner thence east, north and west so as to include the seventy five acre, provided that said BUCK NUNN remains with my family faithfully until he is twenty one years of age if not the land is to go to my wife LOUISA MILLER, I also want BUCK NUNN to have and keep the horse I have given him and have one bed and bed clothes.

Third, I bequeath to my wife LOUISA MILLER all the remainder of my land included in my deeds containing about two hundred and sixty three acres as long as she lives and at her death I want BETTY NUNN to have seventy five acres lying East of the part given to BUCK NUNN to be the same width North and south and running East with my north Boundary line far enough to contain the seventy five, the remaining one hundred and eighty eight acres my wife LOUISA MILLER can dispose of at her death as she pleases. I also bequeath to my wife all the farming implements on the place one reaper one third interest in Thresher my wagon and buggy and my three mules and two mares and about thirty five head of stock hogs and twelve sheep and all the cattle I own, also all the household and kitchen furniture of every description all of which is to be hers to use and dispose of as she pleases I also want my wife LOUISA to have all the rents and income from the whole farm for the year 1884. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife LOUISA MILLER as executrix without bond or security - This Oct. 15 - 1883
