Last Will & Testament of
REBECCA MILLER
Deceases, Set up Feb.
Term 1855

State of Tennessee, Dyer County, May 13th 1851

I, REBECCA MILLER being weak of body, but of a Sound mind do by these present make my last will and Testament as follows viz; first I will to pay my Son JOSEPH MILLER my Buro, 2nd I will to my Son THOMAS MILLER my cuppord, 3rd to REBECCA WALKER one half geese and all of my wearing clothes; fourth I will to AMANDA BUCK my Saddle and bed and five sheets, four quilts and one comfort four covelets, one emaud as cumberpin, three other counterpanes one blanket Six Sets pillow slips, also one other half of my geese and all of my Turkeys, also one other domestic sheet. I hereby nominate and appoint my Son THOMAS MILLER my Executor.
