State of Tennessee- The last will & Testament of LOUISA MILLER. First I give and bequeath to THOS. R. MOSS, the sixty five acres, more or less, lying north of JOHN NUNN'S tract and also Seventy five acres, bought of W. C. MILLER and wife BETTY MILLER, lying east of the BUCK NUNN tract and west of the first named sixty five acres and all appurtenances belonging thereto, to hold in fee simple to him and his children forever - Second - I give and bequeath unto BETTY MILLER my "Brit" mule and buggy and sewing machine - Third - I give and bequeath unto JOHN NUNN and BUCK NUNN each one bed and bed clothes. Fourth - I give to my relatives and others, who have people buried in the family grave yard one and one half acres of land at the grave yard and a pass way thereto to be under the management W. M. DEAN, WILSON FROST and JOHN NUNN, or their successors, to be appointed by those who have an interest in said yard - Fifth - I, give to JOHN NUNN ten acres, lying west of her tract being the same length of line north and South as his, and far enough west to make the ten acres Sixth - I give to SAM TURNAGE (cold) during his lifetime the old land which lies south of the apple orchard and the fresh land lying west of the same field and orchard and the "JOE THENTER" mule to cultivate it with, provided that he shall not trade said mule - Seventh - I give to BUCK NUNN five acres lying south of his tract to be the same length of line east & west and far enough to contain the five acres, provided he completes the clearing west of MARY A. STALLINGS. Eighth - I give to THOS. R. MOSS also the remainder of my land to hold the same, to be his and his children forever Ninth - I want all my personal property, which is not specified, consisting of mules, horse-stock, cattle, hogs, sheep, farming utensils, corn and all other property not herein provided for or disposed off, to be sold and proceeds applied to the payment of any debts which I may own and the building of a good grave house which I have begun over my husbands grave and mine. I nominate and appoint W. M. DEAN my Executor Dec. 12th 1885 LOUISA MILLER Witnesses:
