November 26th 1880
It is my wish and request that my land and other property shall be divided as follows; Commencing at my north East corner, it being mine and Kings and Wrights corner, running thence south to the south east corner, commencing in the center, running west untill it strikes the cleared land on the Dickerson farm; thence north so far untill it becomes strate with the north boundary line of the DUNKLIN land this land is to belong to OTHO and GLEN FOWLKES, my grand children -

Now begin at the south west corner of the ocupant, a portion of the DICKERSON land and GEORGE HURTS south east corner, running south to the south boundary of my land, now, fall back to where you run the first fence off, say beginning on the DICKERSON south boundary line thirty or forty poles west of the south east corner of the DICKERSON place, thence west untill you strike the line running through my whole tract, this portion of land to belong to my daughter NELLIE

South of NELLIE, OTHO, & GLEN'S land that belongs to my son GILBERT

Now beginning on the line between me and SEGRAVES in the center of the Troy road; Running north so far by running east on the lowest ground near the ridge through the field, running on the east one hundred poles; thence north fifty poles, thence line of the original tract thence west to the beginning, this land also is to belong to OTHO and GLEN FOWLKES, they having previously received fifteen hundred dollars more than my other children.

Now the balance of the home place and all of the timbered land outside of the lines that have been run, to belong to this tract this belongs to my son JEFF -

Now I give my interest in the beach flat tract of land to GILBERT it being one half of the whole tract

I want all my cattle that is fit for market fattened and sold, that can possibly be gotten up, my horses and mules besides those two that PRITCHARD is to have put in proper fix and sold in the spring except the colts in the bottom, I want them kept untill fall and sold - there is a bay horse a sorrell mare and a gray mare, I also want sold in the spring - the pacing mare at home is for NELLIE - I want all of my individual cattle stock in the Missippi bottom sold to the best advantage possible and the partnership stock of mine and BUCK WARDS sold which is from seventy five to a hundred head -

I will all of my means arising from the sale of my stock and other things after my debts are paid deposited with the County Court Clerk for distribution between my children GIBERT, JEFF and NELLIE as soon as my estate is wound up - NELLIE is to have Two hundred and fifty dollars more than GILBERT and JEFF - NELLIE is also to have the Piano - there is to be nothing sold inside of my house - all my household furniture, bedding and bed clothes to be divided between GILBERT, JEFF, and NELLIE

- I want pork enough put up to do the entire family and allso corn enough kept for them to run the place - the money that is coming to me from PRITCHARD at the end of the year 1881 belongs to my son JEFF - After killing all the pork hogs - JEFF is to have all of my stock hogs on the home place and GILBERT is to have all of them running at the Beach Flat

It is my wish that my sons GILBERT & JEFF divide my farming tools between them, such as they want & sell the ballance - they paying a fare price for them they may take

It is my wish & desire that my son JEFF have possession and full control of this place that I have given him at my death - The above was signed & witness the 27th day of December 1880
