Last Will & Testament T. E. Kee Filed February 28th, 1938 Probated February 28th, 1938 Recorded February 28th, 1938 J. C. Pritchard, clerk I, T. E. Kee, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testimony, to-wit: FIRST: All my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. SECOND: All of the Clay place and the west half of the Powell place where we now live, to go tomy wife Hattie Kee.The east half of the Powell place to be rented till E. M. Kee gets One Hundered and Seventy Five dollars. After said E. M. Kee gets one seventy five, then the East half of the Powell place to go to my wife Hattie Kee. Said Hattie Kee to have the rents of the Clay place and the Powell place, for her support as long as she lives. At her death, the place to be divided as follows: The Clay place to go to Allie Gentry and Ola Hendren. Allie Gentry to have the North half she now lives on. Ola Hendren to have the South half. The west half of the Powell place, where we now live to go to Irma Bolding, the East half to go to E. M. Kee and Harry Kee. Said E. M. Kee and Harry Kee shall pay one third of the value of said place at my wife's death to Thelma Kee. I mean the east half of the Powell place.. The W.O.W. policy I give to Irma Bolding. But Irma Bolding is to pay for my burial. I give Irma Bolding all of the stock and all of the farm tools. I give Callie Putman the Will Putman land note. ROY KEE And FARROW KEE I have not forgotten them. I have given them all I ever aim for them to have. If said E. M. Kee and Harry Kee have not got the money to pay Thelma Kee her third of the East half of the Powell place at my wife's death, they shall pay her six per cent interest till they pay the debt. I will ask that Carloss Gentry and Harley Bolding see after the place and give said Hattie Kee the rents. The store house and the dwelling south of No. #20 Highway goes with the Irma bolding Place.
