CHARLES A. HOWARD'S Last Will & testament Probated May Term 1881 Recorded July 19, 1881 ZACH WATKINS I, CHARLES A. HOWARD of the county of Dyer and state of Tennessee, being desirous of making a disposition of my property while I am in good health and in my proper mind do make this my last will - Ist I will that after my death my burial expenses be paid first and then any and all my debts be paid if any 2nd I will that one hund hundred and fifty dollars be set apart for grave stones and iron railing around the same - and that GUY DOUGLASS be empowered to have the same put into execution that is; that he have the grave inclosed and suitable stones erected. 3rd I will that all my effects of any and every description be given to my brother W. J. F. HOWARD 4th I will that CLARENCE GRIMMS be qualified and act as my Executor to this my last will and testament without being required to give bond or Security for his Executorship - and I request said CLARENCE GRIMMS not to make any charge for his services as executor this the fifteenth day of November 1880 CHAS. H. HOWARD
