JOHN HOBDAY Decd.

Know all men by these presents, that I, JOHN HOBDAY of the county of Dyer State of Tenn. considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory, do make declare and publish this my last will and testament:

First; I give and bequeath after all my just debts are paid; My interest being one half of all the property of HOBDAY & son to my heirs as follows,

To the heirs of S. M. HOBDAY Five Dollars $5.00; To the heirs of W. W. HOBDAY Five Dollars $5.00 and to each of my remaining heirs an equal interest in all my property;

Second; I do nominate and appoint my son T. C. HOBDAY to be the Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have to this my my last will and testament, subscribed my name and set my seal this 30th day September in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six
