Last Will and Testament of U. C. HENDRIX [Hendricks] dec'd Probated June 6/87 Recorded June 6/87 W. L. WILKERSON clk. I, U. C. HENDRIX of Dyer County Tennessee being of sound and disposing mind do hereby make & publish this my last will & Testament revoking all former wills by me made at any time. 1st I direct my funeral expenses and all other debts that I may owe at my death, be paid out of the first money that comes into the hands of my Executor - 2nd I will to my beloved wife TEMPERENCE HENDRIX twenty nine acre of land bought from A. C. HENDRIX & being part of the D. R. HENDRIX tract, during her natural life and at her death my Executor shall sell said 29 acres of land and distribute as follows; One sixth to the children of NARSISOUS FALCUM and one sixth to each of my other children M. R. G. M. A. C. & J. C. HENDRIX & HATTIE WYATTE; 3rd I will that the tract of land on which I now live in the 9th District of Dyer Co. and a tract I own in the 15th District of Dyer County Tennessee, be sold and divided equally between M. R. HENDRICKS to G. M. HENDRICKS & A. C. HENDRICKS HATTIE WYATTE wife of H. L. WYATTE and the children of (NARSISSUS FALCUM the children of said FALCUM to be one heir & receive one sixth as their part. 4th I will that my personal property be sold & the proceeds together with my notes & money on hand after my debts are paid, shall be equally divided between my wife TEMPERENCE HENDRIX J. C. HENDRIX, N. R. HENDRIX G. M. HENDRIX A. C. HENDRIX HATTIE WYATTE and NARISSUS FALCUM share and share alike. I hereby nominate and appoint H. L. WYATT Executor of this my last will & Testament Witness my hand & seal this the 13th day of April 1887 U. C. HENDRICKS Witnesses:
